For those with a gluten intolerance (like me), they will make whatever they can with corn tortillas and I've never had an issue. But for those with celiac I'm unsure of cross contamination. I'd give them a call to ask questions first. ”

“ I just want to start by saying this place is amazing. What shocked me most was their meat. Their meat is exceedingly tender, the only comparable experience would maybe be the surtado at la chilaqueria. Their consomme seemed weak when had with the tacos however by itself it was remarkably rich, and strikingly reminscient of pho broth in an indeterminant way, maybe the body of the broth. Regardless, they were great. The tamales were also great, would definitely recommend. I dont know too much about them so ill leave it at that. Per contra, the enchildas however were a weakpoint in comparison. They were just overall lacking in flavour and contrast in textures, unforunately would not recommend this one. THEIR TACOS THOUGH. But specifically the shrimp, and cochinita their aroma did wonders for my olfactory senses oh my god the smell stirred something in me. So concupiscent for shrimp, large too. What was most impressive though was their timing. The shrimp tacos were at the perfect temperature, and made a nuanced yet huge difference. The alambre was kind of what I expected though- kinda gimmicky in the sense that it seemed like sports stadium food. Overall, a great experience, would highly recommend. ”

Most recently we arranged catering for Christmas Eve. We had 30 people and had a taco bar. The food was incredible and we had more than enough. Our entire family enjoyed it. I really hope this place has continued success as we needed authentic Mexican food in Etobicoke. ”
